Please utilize these course maps to familiarize yourself with the venue before race day. Be prepared, be aware, and be safe!

SWIM COURSE

Spring fed lake, quiet and calm…the sprint course is 1/3 of a mile while the longer .9 mile Olympic course takes you around an island! Water Temps are typically 68-72 degrees with approx 50% of athletes wearing wetsuits.

BIKE COURSE

This out and back style course is on quiet, rural roads with views of cranberry bogs & wide open stretches! The bike course is 100% on paved roads.

RUN COURSE

This out & back, off-road run course is set on packed dirt trails and cranberry bogs for some amazing views. (No roots or trees to jump over, think packed dirt trails).
